In consideration for the granting of credit to (company name) ________________ (hereinafter “Company”) the undersigned, (Your name) _______________________, (hereinafter “guarantor”) gives unconditional Personal Guarantee to Concord Enterprises, Inc., a California Corporation (hereinafter “Concord”) for all purchases of goods and general merchandise made by Company. The undersigned personally guarantees payment in full, together with all interests or finance charges, fees of any and all indebtedness of the above referenced Company to Concord. It is further agreed that if the invoices are not paid when due, the undersigned will pay the same, together with any and all finance charges, upon demand. It is specifically understood and agreed that Concord shall NOT be required to exhaust its legal remedies for recovery and collection efforts against Company before looking to the undersigned for full payment of this account. The undersigned further agrees to pay all interest, reasonable attorney’s fee, court costs in addition to principal balance should legal proceedings become necessary. The Guarantor agrees to personal jurisdiction for any legal proceeding to Los Angeles County, California. The law of the State of California shall apply to this and any preceding agreements. This agreement includes in full the entire term of this personal guarantee. The invalidity of any provision of this Personal Guarantee shall in no way affect the validity of any other provision included. This personal guarantee is the final expression of the parties. It supersedes and replaces all prior and contemporaneous negotiation and agreements, whether written or oral, concerning the personal guarantee.
